It's a self serve restaurant with an open concept. I loved the waterfall and beautiful plants & decor that they have available for purchase. I kinda want to see what it looks like with dim lighting in the dining area. I enjoyed the fried lamb dumplings and egg drop soup.

Very welcoming environment. The homemade dumplings were excellent. Both soups we tried were delicious, and the crab Rangoon and cookies were had were perfect. Would recommend, we will definitely be back!

The dumplings are amazing! We tried beef and chicken, both so good. Next time I want to try shrimp and pork! The egg rolls and fried rice were also delicious. Fun place with a surprising little antique furniture store inside. We will be back!

We have eaten at Rakar three times in the last month and will be back. I have not complaints, only compliments. Their fish dumplings are very good. I could easily make a meal out of their crab Rangoon, fish dumplings, veggie noodles and sesame balls.
